Everything you need to know to use Reevio
The dashboard displays 6 main KPIs: average rating, total reviews count, new reviews this month, response rate, negative reviews and unanswered reviews. Each indicator includes a comparison with the previous month.
Missions are actions automatically suggested by Reevio. They are classified by priority: urgent (P1, e.g. unanswered negative review), important (P2) and informational (P3). Complete them to maintain a good online reputation.
The health score is calculated for each location based on your average rating, response rate, review volume and recent trends. It can be Excellent, Good, Warning or Critical, with a rising, stable or declining trend.
Insights are personalized recommendations generated automatically. For example: 'You have 3 unanswered negative reviews in Paris', 'Your rating has been declining for 2 weeks in Lyon', or '12 eligible customers have not been solicited yet'.
Click the 'Sync' button at the top of the Reviews page. Reevio automatically retrieves all your new reviews from Google Business Profile. Synchronization also happens automatically in the background.
Use the available filters: by location, by rating (1 to 5 stars), by status (pending, replied, AI ready). You can combine multiple filters and sort by date or rating.
Queue mode lets you process reviews one by one sequentially. Select a location, then navigate from one review to the next with Next/Skip buttons. A counter shows your progress (e.g. 3/12 processed).
Yes, you can type a manual response for any review, edit it before publishing, or use the AI suggestion as a base and adjust it to your liking.
Reevio analyzes the review content (sentiment, themes, author tone) and generates 3 suggestions in different tones: Professional, Friendly and Empathetic. Each response is personalized based on your location's context.
Professional: formal and courteous tone, ideal for official responses. Friendly: warm and casual tone, perfect for positive reviews. Empathetic: understanding and caring tone, suited for negative reviews.
In each location's settings, configure: default tone, formality level, custom signature, specific instructions (e.g. mention customer's first name), keywords to include or avoid.
Autopilot generates and publishes responses without manual intervention for reviews within a defined rating range (e.g. 4-5 stars). Configure it in each location's AI settings. Negative reviews remain pending for manual validation.
Go to Solicitations > Collection Pages > Create. Configure the title, welcome message, positive rating threshold (e.g. 4 stars), thank you message and your Google listing link. A unique link and QR code are generated automatically.
Add contacts manually or import them via CSV/Excel. Select recipients, choose an email template, customize the content with variables ({firstname}, {company}, etc.) and send. The email contains a link to your collection page.
Click 'Import CSV' in the Contacts section. Select your file (CSV or Excel). Reevio automatically detects columns and suggests a mapping. Check the preview of the first 5 rows, then validate the import. Duplicates are detected automatically.
Emails allow rich content (logo, formatting, clickable link) while SMS have a higher open rate (>95%). SMS are limited in characters and cost additional credits depending on your plan.
Go to Widget > Create. Follow the 4-step wizard: select the location, customize the appearance (light/dark theme, minimum rating, number of reviews), preview the result, then copy the integration code.
Copy the JavaScript code generated by Reevio. In WordPress, add a 'Custom HTML' block at the desired location and paste the code. The widget displays automatically with your latest Google reviews.
Yes, you can choose the theme (light or dark), show or hide the average rating, filter by minimum rating (e.g. show only 4 and 5 stars), limit the number of displayed reviews, and add custom CSS in advanced mode.
Yes, the widget loads reviews in real-time from Reevio servers. Each new synced review appears automatically on your site without intervention.
Go to Reports, select a location (or all), choose the period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) and click 'Generate'. The AI analyzes your reviews and produces a complete narrative report in seconds.
Each report includes: number of new reviews, average rating trend, response rate, sentiment analysis, recurring themes, strengths and areas for improvement, and concrete recommendations to improve your reputation.
You can copy the report content to clipboard or print it directly from the page. PDF export is planned for a future update.
Go to Locations > Connect Google. Authorize access to your Google Business account. Select the accounts and locations to import. Reevio automatically syncs information and reviews for each location.
Each location has its own page with reviews, AI settings, solicitations and statistics. The dashboard provides a global overview of all your locations, and you can filter by location at any time.
From a location's detail page, you can manage: description, business hours, phone number, website, Google Posts (promotional publications) and photos. All changes are synced with Google Business Profile.
Google Posts are publications that appear on your Google listing. From Reevio, create promotional posts, event announcements or special offers with action buttons (Book, Order, Learn More).
Admin: full access to all features and settings. User: can manage reviews, AI responses and solicitations. Viewer: read-only access to the dashboard, reviews and history.
Go to Settings > Team > Invite. Enter the team member's email address and select their role (Admin, User or Viewer). They will receive an invitation email with a link to create their account and join your workspace.
Free: 1 user. Starter: up to 3 users. Pro: up to 10 users. Business: unlimited users. Each additional user beyond the quota requires upgrading to the next plan.

Each plan offers different quotas for locations, monthly AI responses, email/SMS solicitations and users. See the comparison table below for the exact details of each plan.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Choose a plan. Select the new plan. The change takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro-rata. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment portal where you can view and download all your invoices in PDF, update your credit card and manage your subscription.
Yes, you can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal. Your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.
